Monogram (optional) in script lettering, to match trim color (white with multi-dot trim will be monogrammed in hot pink thread), in script lettering. If you choose to have initials monogrammed, please provide them in the order they are to appear, first name initial, LAST NAME initial, middle name initial.

We normally ship by UPS (generally more than 2 items) or USPS Priority Mail (generally 1 or 2 items). Ground shipping charges are $8.00 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item. RUSH Delivery within 5 Business Days from Order Date is available for $18.00 for first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
