They promptly returned my phone call when I inquired about the date of shipment and the graduation gift reached my cousin several days ahead of the estimated delivery date. The monogrammed towel wrap she received was very high quality and much nicer than the plain ones you find in department stores. I was also impressed by the variety of colors and styles available to choose from.
